When I opened a private practice, I was following my passion to help others which came from childhood experiences with family and church focused on community service as well as my early career working in schools, psychiatric hospitals, nonprofits and community mental health clinics.
As a counselor who provided more than 10,000 hours of therapy, I saw common patterns amidst the variety of unique challenges my clients were facing. Seeing the patterns allowed the refinement of a process that helps clients transcend those challenges to find greater meaning, connection and fulfillment in their lives.
I was also approached by ambitious and faith-focused individuals who were looking for ways to make their impact in the world but were feeling “stuck” as to how to do so. Through coaching, I focused with them on transforming their personal challenges into strengths to become all they were capable of being and to share their gifts with the world
Now, I continue to provide counseling and coaching in addition to providing lectures, workshops, and resources for nonprofits and businesses.
My wife, Julie, and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in 2020. We have 4 children and 2 grandchildren (and counting!). Julie is a native of Phoenix and I have lived in the Valley of the Sun since 1977.
I look forward to helping you become all you are capable of being. Click the button below to get started.
